At Torpee ltd, each item is carefully selected and inspected to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is in original condition with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service via live chat before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are issued excluding shipping costs

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

For security and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Custom or special-order pieces 

Return Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
